Return Policy

• Our return policy gives you the option to initiate a return for your purchase within 2-7 days from the date of your purchase. This policy will be applied if the products don't meet your expectations or show signs of a manufacturing flaw after you receive them.
• The products being returned must be in the same condition as when they were received and must be in their original box or packaging for the return to be successful.
• To make things easier for our esteemed clients in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), we are happy to provide free return shipping. We will make sure that a reliable courier handles the pickup of the returned products at a time that is suitable for you.
• Conversely, in other countries, the applicable return fees are the same as those for the original delivery. For Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and other Arab countries, it charges 100 AED except Qatar, Where it charges 200 AED. For international shipping, it charges 200 AED as well.
• The refund procedure will then start once we receive your returned items, and we will promptly verify everything thoroughly within 2-3 working days. Then, you will receive the refund on your credit card or the original payment method. Kindly note that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account is usually between 7 and 14 working days, depending on the processing schedule set by your bank.
• Note: In case our experts discover that the product is damaged because of misuse, the return process will NOT be approved.
